The products and/or services including any programs or event (“Services”) offered by Malkans Training Institute Private Limited  (“Institute”) once purchased cannot be cancelled and the Institute shall not be liable to refund any amount in respect of any Services that are availed by You, once the payment for the same is received by the Firm. However, the Institute may, at its sole discretion, refund payments received for the Services if a refund request is raised within 7 (seven) days of making the payment. 

If a refund is requested within 7 days, participants must email their request to [email protected] with full payment details and reason for refund. Such requests will be processed at the sole discretion of Malkansview management.

In the rare event that a program is cancelled by Malkansview, a full refund will be processed within 15 days, credited directly to the participant’s bank account. In case of any discrepancy in the amount of excess funds credited to the accounts of the Institute as against the claim made by the candidate, the decision of the Institute shall be final and binding upon the candidate.

Important Note for Participants:

Attending a training program or webinar does not guarantee success in trading and all such programs are for educational purposes only.

Participants are recommended to practice the techniques taught during the course for a minimum of 90 trading days before applying any strategies in the live market and shall obtain independent investment advice from investment advisors before making any investment decision.

Leaving a course midway will not entitle any participant to a refund or future adjustment.
