That your mind is running the show for you, which means you feel the lack of control in your mind. And the reason you may have this feeling because you have trained your mind to think in this manner, but you know, the secret is you are much more than your mind.

And if you would choose to think that it's getting easier for me easier day by day for me to make changes. Then what happens that our choice of this thought will make that true for us. So let's talk about controlling this tool of ours. How does it work?
There is a there is an incredible power intelligence within all of us that's constantly responding to our thoughts and words and this is this is widespread knowledge. We all know that so as we learn to control our mind by the conscious choice of thoughts we align ourselves with this bar.
So let's for a moment. Let's not think of that. That's something that our mind is in control. Let's take that you are in control of your mind. Hey, what have any control is your current thought but unfortunately how many times we think that our thoughts are not in our control. Your own thoughts are gone. There's nothing you can do about them, except live out all the experiences that they have costume.
Think about it all the experiences that you're living right now, aren't they the result of your own thought your current thought which means the one that you thinking right now. That's the one under your control. That's only the thing that's in your control suppose. You have a little child at your home who is who put the first eating vegetables and fruits.
The child is just not ready to you know, to eat the healthy food all that. The child loves is stored in chips and cookies.
This kids and now if one fine day you put the wrong with the truck tomorrow. There's going to be no junk at home. You have to drink you have to eat up your vegetables and your salads. Guess what happens? The child Bella this is new rule and even the chiming kick and scream and do his best to continue to ask for junk food to ask for this chocolate cookies.
And if you relate and this time the child wins, and then the child will try to control you forever every little thing but on the contrary if you calmly stick to your decision and firmness is that hey, this is the new ritual. This is the new food habit. The child the Rebellion the child will lesson in suppose in two or three days of Maximum couple of weeks. The new food read routine will be established. Of course, the mind will develop first. It does not want to be distrained. It does not want to be deemed it wants to make you feel that mind is in control, but if but but you are in control. Practice that you wouldn't control if you stay focused and firm in a very short time, the new way of thinking will be established and you will feel so good to realize that you are not that helpless victim of your own thoughts. Releasing is that if you are someone who beat stifling a verbal expression on the while maybe beating the bed or kicking pillows of football is a harmless way to release all the pent-up anger because it plays you know, it's playing within us. It's running us.
So often have people in my seminars who have this pain in the shoulder or the lower back and when I finally sit down and ask them, what's happening? What are you feeling? The common answer is maybe there's a burning feeling. There's a hitting feeling and then they say I did this lot of angry feeling and when I asked what are you angry about? It's like no they say I'm not aware of what am I angry about?
What I tell them is just pick up a football or a pillow or just hit the bed and then you'll be fine. Once you do that over and over again you realize you finally realize exactly what is it that you were angry about you get a lot of clarity. And you feel much better than the next day. Your body would just ease out. And don't you think a lot of past thoughts were specially when a dog boarding controlling your mind.
There's a lot it's a lot of stuck-up is about past thoughts. So a very pertinent thing here is to just let the past be where it is, which is a past so many people feel that they cannot enjoy the present moment because of something that happened in the past because they did not do something or do it in a certain way in the past. They are not able to live a fuller life today because they no longer.
Have something that they had in the past. So they cannot enjoy today because they were heard in the past.
They're not acts of love right now because something unpleasant happened when they did something once they're not sure that will happen again today because once they did something that they are sorry for they become sure that they are these bad people forever because once someone did something to them now becomes the other person's fault that their life is this stinking is life is not where they want to be.
Because he became angry over the situation the past even hold onto that self-righteousness because of some very odd experience where they were treated really badly. They do not want to forgive and forget. Remember all these little instances where you fit in the past.
Oh, you heard my someone's remarks sometime in the past which doesn't allow you to trust me for today. Did you steal something or cheat someone in the past for which you punishing yourself right now? For you Financially financially insufficient of the past. That's the reason you feel you're never getting anywhere.
Did you fare poorly in your audition exams for which you're terrified of these things forever in your life because what we often refuse to realize is that holding on to the Past, you know, no matter what it was and how often it was is only hurting us. It's never hurting the person the other person who's responsible for that feeling because the fact is guys those people really don't care because they usually not even aware. We are only hurting
Says by refusing to live in this moment to the fullest the past is over and done and it never be changed. This is the only moment we can experience. So even if he continued to lament about that past we're experiencing our memory of it in this moment and losing the real experience of this moment in the process, which is unacceptable.
So think about it guys, let's have a moment of self-reflection here. Well think of your mind, who do you think is in control? And are you really letting your past dictate your present is questions are worth thought because they are responsible for the experiences that you create for yourself today and the life that you're living today.
