I know your time is very happy that you listening to me today. I have become with this podcast. Because after coached it's best, I wanted to share with you guys what success habits, success tools, and Q’s have helped me to get into a higher level of performance at work have a great relationship with my spouse and kids, and what really helps me to stay focused and motivated all the time. So guys let's dive into the next episode.
Sometimes after going through back-to-back failures in life. We feel that something is perhaps not going right we feel there is some part of us, which is deeply rooted which does not want to change. So let's talk about the change here if there's one thing that stops us from changing our old ways and habits. There are not working in our favor that thing is resistance.
And resistance sets in this something that needs some patterns help us the pattern stop us from moving ahead in life for years altogether. Awareness, you are the first step in healing or changing.
For instance. When we have some old pattern busy deeply within us, we must become aware of it first in order to heal the condition without awareness. They can never be the first step. Maybe perhaps, you know, we can begin to mention the condition or to complain about it or maybe to see the same condition.
In other people. It is Rises to the surface of our attention some of the other ways and we begin to relate to it quite often. It happens that we attract someone maybe a friend or a teacher or a class or Workshop a book That begins to awaken new ways to approach the dissolving.
That may be my Approach is silly or see I told you it is not going to work. It does not make any sense.
Perhaps it seems extremely easy so easy and so silly that it is unacceptable to our thinking we just do not. And to do it over resistance comes up extraordinarily strong.
It is quite possible that we may feel angry about the mere thought of doing it. Think about it. Such a reaction is very good. If you can understand that it is the first step in our healing process.
So take a while to just close your eyes and think about these times when you felt the resistance to change you felt the idea of Gene was extremely Silly and resistance showed up in your life in one way or the other.
What do they do that? You react to any reaction that people receive is to show them that they are already in the process of healing even though the total healing is never complete the truth.
Is that the process of Healing Begins the moment we begin to think about making the change that is the first step And whereas you may encounter a lot of feelings and emotions one thing that will strongly come against you is impatience impression nothing but another form of resistance to change it is resistance to learning as well as changing when we demand that you know, you have to win you have to do something right now.
Do you want to complete something at once then what are you doing? It is you're not giving yourself time to learn the lesson involved in the problem that
Have created in the first place if you want to move some. From one place to another what do you have to do is you have to get up and then step by step in that direction merely sitting on your chair demanding that you want to move into.
The other room is normal. This is the same thing.
We all want our problems to be over with we want instant solutions to these smaller things that add up to the solution it's about taking action and it's all waiting for the results rather than being impatient.
So guys now are the time to really realize and acknowledge our responsibility in having created that problem or the situation or the condition in the first place But I see this I don't mean that what I'm saying.
When is it knowledge, which means acknowledging The Power Within you that transforms every thought into an experience? So in the past, we unknowingly use this power to create things. We did not want to experience it because we were not prepared absolutely not aware of what we were doing.
Now, like knowledgeable responsibility. What we're creating is a regretting affair with learning to use this awareness consciously in positive ways for our benefit that changes everything. I know because some things that are very difficult for us.
These are going to become lessons. We have chosen for ourselves.
These are easy for us to do not listen. How much you resist how much you have been resisting doing it, then you're looking at your greatest lesson for instance quitting smoking. That's the lesson you need to learn to know happiness is giving medications of learning control of surrender when you give up resistance when you allow yourself. You make the next step easier.
So guys do not stop that resistance.
Do not allow that resistance to stop you from making that big change.
There are two levels, You can choose to work the fastest looking at the resistance and the second is still making the mental changes just observe yourself watch how you resist, and then go ahead anyway, usually when it's resistance that has to come up and show up in one of the many ways, for instance, you know yo
Sometimes your actions show the resistance you don't get what the problem with someone and suddenly to change the subject sadly when you know a meeting is there, you know, you meeting someone to discuss your problem.
You deliberately go lead to that meeting you try procrastinating things by doing something else or by visiting time you flip through a magazine or newspaper with some Well exactly the same thing.
So these are then actions which are showing your actions which are showing up the resistance or sometimes your resistance may show up in term in Innovative in Assumption. We often assume things about others just to justify our resistance. Sometimes you make statements.
Like what is the how does it matter? My spouse is anyway not going to understand or you know, I went to the doctor. He couldn't help me with my problem
He was false content hundred my ankle. My teacher doesn't understand why I don't.
So these are all the ways in which you are you are assuming that things are not going to work out these assumptions and I think as guys but just your resistance didn't manner in which your assistants may show up is your belief system because we grew up with believes that become resistant to change.
This is just making money this easily by doing very little work is just not right spiritual people never get angry. This is another one of your beliefs or love as something which is just not for me. I'd better stay away from it at anything. What happens is I'm not that kind of person to do it so in this
I believe in you believe that believe. Such white and gray things that is one of the ways in which your resistance may show up.
Another way in which it shows up as giving the power away to other people when we give our power to others and use that excuse as resistance to changing.
For instance. It's the organization. That's not letting me grow. They're not letting me change or I'm just waiting for the right plan for a moment to happen to begin this maybe I've never had the right teacher or the right books or the right tools to go ahead or you know, it's all our fault we have to change.
The first is one other sentences that you know, it comes into a capillary again and again,
This video gives you growth and to other people, the next part been interested in issues of is your own ideas about your own self, which you use as limitations or resistance.
I'm too fat. I'm too old and we can do or I'm too serious.
You know, it's all about the limiting beliefs that you made up for yourself. Which may produce resistance in your life or sometimes you show resistance through dealing tactics, you know, you try to delay and quite often and it turns into resistance for instance. You know, you say I don't
Have to drink right now. Maybe sometime later when the time is right. As soon as I get to this I looked and get this done. As soon as I get there.
We will put smoothie when the time is right I will do so and so and so or maybe it's too late in my life to do this. These are all the delaying tactics that we use and these show nothing but your resistance to change the bigger one you're of fear and denial these two categories of the most dangerous. Just want to change things. Like I'm completely fine.
There's nothing wrong with me. So I don't need to change or what good would it do to change in the first place? You are two statements like these.
Biggest cat none of us love to get out. None of us.
Love to get into new unchartered territory. And that's why we feel with your change.
The biggest thing that we fear is change. So sentences lie in the grass is not greener on the other side.
These are all statements coming up again that you resistance bringing about fear. So these are all just little ways guys to make you aware of where and how your resistance is showing her the idea is to keep observing your thoughts.
The idea is to be open and accepting and not in denial being open to resistance because on formula said earlier awareness is the first step to change your I'm not asking you to take any action to change. That's whatnot. That's not what this product is all about.
All I'm asking you is to be aware that there is resistance.

I am the resistance first too often. Our inclinations are from working on our own changes. We decide this is another form of resistance.

It's a natural human tendency, but guys, they will not be ready to make a change at that point of time in their life and the space that they are it's really hot during changes when we want to but to try to be someone else change but you know, she doesn't even know it's really impossible is a mammoth task and it can cost you from moving from ruining a great friendship. So
So it In to decide once you decide to be aware, once you get into your awareness and you recognize your resistance is the best time to go and change yourself Social Service can wait that work in paid but to change yourself is the first step towards making this world a better place.
