In the current times that we're all going through one, very important emotion. That's really dominating whatever we do is FEAR so let's have this conversation about fear and the easiest and most beautiful way to deal with it. Now. Just imagine when we are born.
I mean as a newborn we only have two types of fears which are and most basic kinds of fears, which is the fear of falling and the fear of sudden loud noises and to have these fears is perfectly normal because they serve as a sort of alarm system, which is given to us by Nature.
ER as a means of self-preservation, so to speak normal fear is good. For instance. When you hear an automobile coming down the road towards you and you step aside to survive that's normal fear because the momentary fear of being run over is overcome by your action.
But apart from these two fears, I believe both other fears are abnormal because they are caused by particular experiences that we've had in the past or they were passed along to you by your people around. I mean your parent's religious teachers and all those people who have influenced you in your early years. So what is this a normal fear?
Let's try to discuss more on that because abnormal fear takes hold when people let their imagination run wild.
For instance. Look at this pandemic that you're going through right now. There are certain sets of people. I'm sure who has taken the whole fear of pandemic to a completely different level. I know of a student who mentions his father as he had all the equipment at home.
I mean the oximeter the temperature controller everything else nevertheless. He used to call him and check out a local covert hospital every week to ensure that there's a bad result for him just in case if you
Get the disease the virus and he had to get himself admitted. That's the kind of abnormal fear and talking about. So once you have this kind of abnormal fear, it gives breathing into your mind, and all the things that you imagine and you fear would one day come to pass.
It's the nature of the universe. So the things that you fear actually do not exist, but you bring them to pass by constantly fearing believing, and expecting the desire to come.
And hence the student's father met with a similar fate. He was diagnosed with he did test positive for the virus and he did get himself admitted and at the end of it. He said to see this was what I was fearing and here I am but the thing is very few people understand the connection between feeling that not abnormal fear and getting it to come to pass into reality.
Because as people say God said the thing that I feared has come upon me and that's what we end up saying the world is full of people who are afraid that something terrible will happen to them or their children or that some dead catastrophic will befall them when they read about a pandemic or some rare disease.
They always leave and live in the fear that they would get it one day and he's they do some people imagine they have
Disease on ready. This is the kind of abnormal fear that I'm not. About now, how do you do that? How do you tackle it? You may go through this kind of emotion yourself.
So if you find yourself beset with their abnormal fear, the first thing that we can do is to strive to move mentally to the opposite side.
If you remain an extreme of year, you will definitely suffer step something or less stagnation plus the mental and the physical deterioration because when the fear arises one of the basic laws of the subconscious mind, Immediately brings with it a desire for something opposite to the thing feared.
So this heads place your attention on the thing immediately desired. What do you desire? For instance? Do you have this fear of getting there getting the virus yourself? What is the opposite of that is being completely healthy in a normal human being so get absorbed and get engrossed in your desire to know that the subjective always orders the objective?
So this attitude will give you confidence and it lifts your spirits instantly. The infinite power of His conscious mind is moving on your behalf. And if there's one thing that's true is this power can never fail and therefore be rest assured that piece is all yours.
Now being coaching and training students been to becoming a Professional Trader for many many years and I do have experiences of students who have trying to who have fallen prey to this kind of abnormal fear, especially when it comes to Trading.
The biggest fear that we have and it comes to when it comes to trading the stock or the commodity markets is the fear of losing money.
It was a very interesting book that I was reading about a successful Trader in which it was written the advice that he had in the fear of loss is that don't be afraid of the monster hiding behind that door in the form of a novice a Big Hoss because there is no monster you are the victim of a false belief and that's what it is
The monster the real fear that one day we may get into this big loss or this big nose syndrome is just a monster that is not there behind the door at all. So whenever you feel the first stirrings of fear in your heart just stand up to it.
Try to stare it in the face looking straight into the eye trying to become scenario the special in the glass case trying to make up scenarios of yes. There is a loss. What am I going to do if I can? The
Stating the loss in the face trying to accept it first hand whenever you do that you'll always find that your fear of loss will fade away and Shrink into insignificance immediately So normal fear is Good Guys abnormal fear is very bad and destructive and we constantly been to indulge in fear thoughts results in abnormal fear.
It results in a lot of obsessions and complexes because to fear something persistently causes a sense of panic and Terror, of course as a way to overcome abnormal fear when you know, the power of your subconscious mind can change conditions and bring two,
Us the generous desires of your heart. So the goal is the intention is to lets by summing it up. I wanna see the intention is to be immediate attention and Devotion to your desire to go to the complete opposite side, which is the total opposite of fear.
This is the love that casts out fear and we already know as Ellen Cohen says in his book The Course in Miracles Made Easy that there are just two things that are true fact in life when his love and one is fear.
And fear can never sustain when there is love both can never be together in the same thing, right? So trying to build on love and will help you eliminate fear from your life.
So lastly guys learn the wonders of his subconscious mind understand how it works and functions Master the techniques that it has and just put them into practice right now get into action today because the subconscious mind will respond and make you free of all your fears and that is a given
