Hello and welcome to the Malkan Show podcast. I am Meghana Malkan, thank you so much for joining me today for this episode of the podcast.

I know your time is valuable and I am really happy that you are listening to me today.

I have begun with this podcast because after being coached by the world's best I wanted to share with you guys what success habits, success tools, and q's have helped me get on to higher levels of performance at work. Have a great relationship with my spouse and kids and what really helps me stay focused and motivated all the time. So guys, let's dive into the next episode.

Do we have a lot of open Loops in our lives? Completion of open loops whether they are major projects or these boxes of this small stuff old stuff that we are yet to organize or throw away this prepares the ground for cleaner clearer and more complete energy, for whatever positive things show up in our lives.

We're often not sure what's next or what to tackle. And at that point, just cleaning or completing something.

Something and I buys something. I mean, something obvious and something in front of you, may seem to be the right way.

Soon you'll find that energy and Clarity to know what's next and you will have cleared those debts for more effective responses, every front. So once you start processing you in basked or your emails or clean your Center desk drawer,  you've got so much Clarity you think on what's now you really important in your life and you've got to anyways, do it someday.

Just imagine if something is coming probably within a few days. That's going to change your world and you don't see it yet. You don't know what it's all about. It's there. It's rolling forward at a faster Pace. This time to throw you in a curve that you will not even expect.

What are you going to do? The thing is it may show up sooner or later, but you're definitely sure. My question to you is, are you ready? He's definitely expected. Even torrent would go to add insult to injury by making you feel a bit out of control. Or are you going to see it as that next creative opportunity that takes you to a new level of expression and contribution?

How do you think you're prepared for the surprises that this new experience will invariably throw your week? There's an old proverb that says the more you sweat in peace, the less you believe in God. This model is unbearable.

Because in the armed forces, suppose imagine, if you're not fighting your training, most people get ready for the change a few days before a long vacation or suppose when they're going through a divorce or we have to sell everything they own it. Or imagine it any other major life event causes them to rethink all and get some clarity around, their commitments around their stuff.

What they're essentially doing is, they are cleaning up the closing, they lose in their renegotiating, all their agreements with themselves and the World At Large.

So how about really doing this weekly? How about getting yourself organized enough? So that where a staff meeting is supposed, you know, when a meeting is late, to start your processing, your, your email junk and you're cracking down on what is it that you really need to read from this and what is it that you need to delete?

Or when you're waiting on people to get ready for a party. For example, suppose you are ready. You are checking to see this phone call.

You could make the call that you going to revert to. It's going to be fine. Very few people on the planet care enough about their time and what they're doing. Every minute you maximize this kind of windows but these were extremely

If you're not taking advantage of your time, that way the question you should be asking yourself is why are you not? So, when you updated your list, The To-Do List early projects to the priority list, I may say, and brought it in the current zone.  The next action that you will be doing now.

Now the fact is guys, if you haven't been doing that, that is a direct proportion to which you are enduring unnecessary stress in your lives.

And if you don't have a priority list here unless you immediately could be even a notepad on your phone as David Alan suggests, it could be anything to write or record things on whatever they offer to you and what better than a phone because of phones with you all the time. You need something that's always with you.

You go to the beach. You would look love you go to the gym. You go out for dinner or you're working at a desk, do anything it'll be super helpful. If you can, have it just on your phone because that's already with you, the older the wise and the most sophisticated you get, personally and professionally both.

The more your best ideas about something happens somewhere. It can't be implemented. Suppose you get a flash of the idea when you are having a social dinner. Or you get that that million-dollar idea when you're running on the treadmill, We all understand intellectually that it's all in the head and safe and secure.

To put that into. Writing it down when it actually pops up. Putting out your priority lists and ideas. Listen to your phone, Notepad, or anything that you carry with you all the time. That's a standard life practice that we all should have.

Going somewhere out and not recording this should feel as weird as your as going without shoes on. It will take you to a whole new level of creative thinking and creative doing. It's a very fun idea. Guys have tried it and it really works. So go ahead. Try it for yourself. And see the difference. I wish you all the best.
