Hello and welcome to the Malkan Show podcast. I am Meghana Malkan, thank you so much for joining me today for this episode of the podcast.

I know your time is valuable and I am really happy that you are listening to me today.

I have begun this podcast because after being coached by the world’s best, I wanted to share with you guys what success habits, success tools, and cues have helped me get onto higher levels of performance at work, have great relationships with my spouse and kids and what really helped me stay focused and motivated all the time.

So, guys let’s dive into the next episode. Do you not think that we should feel healthy, energized, and full of happiness most of the time because that is how it feels to have a birthright full of health.

 

The reality guys, is however there are a lot of us who don’t feel this way and that too very often than ever. Many people are dealing with illnesses or problems with the functioning of their body, one part or the other, maybe suffering from bouts of depression and other mental health problems, which are states of less than full health.

One of the secret ways and the fastest ways that I know how to magically begin experiencing the full state of health that we are meant to have in our body as well as in mind is gratitude.

This may sound cliched to you but this is the fact, this is how it is. You can experience this for yourself.

All the miracles of healing we see happen are simply nothing else but results of full health being restored instantly into the human body, where before there was less than full and perfect health, its perfect health now.

Gratitude’s magical power will only increase the natural flow of health to the mind and body and it also helps the body in healing more quickly.

So many researches show, the magical power of gratitude also works hand in hand with good body care, of course, nutrition, and any other medical assistance that you might have chosen to follow.

Just think about this, if there is any kind of sickness or condition in your body or mind it is understandable that you might have negative feelings about it, as you may worry, you may be frustrated or you may be fearful but having negative feelings about sickness would never restore health.

 

In fact, it has the opposite effect, it reduces health even more. To increase your health you need to replace the negative feelings with good feelings and I know it may be easier said than done bur gratitude could be your easiest shortcut and quickest to do that.

Have you seen many people who have critical thoughts and feelings of dissatisfaction about their physical appearance? Unfortunately, these thoughts and feelings would also reduce the magical flow of health. When there’s something you don’t like about your body, you are not being grateful for your body.

Think about that, because by the law of attraction, when you complain about your body those complaints bring more problems to complain about. So complaining about your body or appearance definitely puts your health at risk.

Because the law is whoever does not have gratitude be it for their health and body or anything else for that matter, even what he or she has would be taken away from that person and whoever has gratitude will be given more and the person will have more abundance and more things to be grateful for.

Now you may say that its all good to say this but it may be very difficult to access these feelings of gratitude when you are into the sickness or when you are feeling extreme pain but the truth is guys even the smallest bit of gratitude will help to increase the magical flow of health to your body.

You don’t need it in bigger amounts. Just small benign thoughts of gratitude will do the wonder. When I first stumbled upon this concept I felt like giving it a try and there’s this beautiful process by Ronda Bryne,  that I have been following for years and it works magic on your health.

So this is how it goes, first of all when we think about our health that we have already received that we are grateful for. You start by thinking about how great the health you have received throughout your childhood, adolescence, and adult life.

Think about the times you have felt full of energy and you were happy, you were joyful.

So just try and go back in time and try to recollect 3 separate times in your mind when you felt on top of the world and say the magic words Thankyou and feel the sincere gratitude for those times.

If you think back on the big moments in your life you will be able to recollect three separate times very very easily. And next, we come into the present. Think about the health you are continuing to receive today and feel grateful for every organ, system, and all of the physical senses that are currently working well in your body.

Think about all your body parts, your arms, your hands, your legs, ears, eyes, brain, heart, kidney all of them and choose simple functions, any 2-3 function in your body that are really doing well, one by one, and be grateful for them mentally and say the magic words, thank you for each function.

And now we move into the future, you are going to choose one thing you want to improve about your body for the day you are doing the practice on and then you are going to use the magical power of gratitude in the simplest of the way by saying Thankyou.

Think about that ideal state of what you want to improve. Is there a skin condition you are working on? Think about the ideal state and appearance you want your skin to be into and then just say thanks. When you give thanks to the ideal state of anything you need to put it into motion to receive back that ideal state. You should be open for receiving with arms wide open.

Because very often it happens, when someone is diagnosed with an illness or a disease of some kind they will not only talk about it a lot but they will also research the disease.

They will try to gather as much information as possible about the disease. What will the worsening symptoms look like, what will the dreaded outcomes be, etc? So if you see, they are giving their entire focus to the disease but the law says something else.

The law of attraction says that we cant make a problem go away by focusing on it. By focusing on the problem, can only make the problem worse. Instead, we should do the exact opposite and focus on the ideal state for that area of our body that is unwell.

For instance, in this case, your skin disorder and we could give our thoughts and feelings to that. Think lovingly about the ideal skin that you want. Gratitude for the ideal state for any part of your body would powerfully use our thoughts and feelings together so we magnetize it to us.

In one full scoop, it would just come to us. Just spend a minute and visualizing a scene of yourself with that ideal state of your body that you want. The beautiful restored healthy skin that you want and as see your body and your mind the way you want it to be. Be grateful as though you have received it already.

This is where I see most of us, they are not able to move ahead from this roadblock because we are not in the receiving state.

It’s okay to be grateful but if you are grateful along with a closed mind that you haven’t received it yet or you are not open to receiving it yet, it's difficult for you to receive it.

So if you want to magically restore your health to any part of your body, suppose skin, in this case, be grateful for the beautiful, soft and healthy skin that is experiencing all the physical sensations of touch and feel.

If you want to magically restore your health to your blood, be grateful for your pure and healthy blood that flows oxygen and nutrients to all parts of your body. You want to have great health in your heart, you want to restore your heart, give thanks for the strong and healthy heart that maintains the well-being of every organ in your body.

The same goes for eyesight. Be grateful for the excellent visions, for your hearing. Those of us who are struggling with weight loss think first about the ideal weight we want to be into then imagine ourselves in that ideal weight and give thanks for it as though we have received it now.

Guys this may sound like common sense, but commons sense is not always common practice. Whatever it is that you want to improve first imagine yourself with that ideal state and then be grateful for that ideal state as though you have received it. It’s a simple practice guy, doesn’t take much time.

You can do it every day if you need to and you can do it multiple times if you really want to accelerate that magical restoration of full health.

But it is very important whenever you have that negative feeling or that drowning feeling about the current state of your body, your health replaces it immediately by visualizing yourself in that ideal state. And immediately be grateful for it as though you have received it.

This is one of the most effective ways to guarantee health. Of course, we all need to take care of our health physically and medically but when it's combined with gratitude and visualizing the ideal state it creates wonders for your health. Go ahead guys, try it out. I wish you all the best.
